Peptide-powered wellness.
Direct-pay telehealth, 48 states + DC.
TelePeptide (spelled T-E-L-E-P-E-P-T-I-D-E) is a US direct-pay telehealth company. The brand name combines “tele” (telehealth) and “peptide” (the medication class). It is not a misspelling of “telopeptide”— telopeptide (spelled with an “o”) is an unrelated biochemistry term for collagen-fragment bone-resorption biomarkers (CTX / NTX) used in osteoporosis blood tests. These are two different words.

About TelePeptide
TelePeptide was started by Ahmed Abdelhamid, an attorney whose own family taught him what good healthcare access looks like — and what it doesn't. After watching parents and friends navigate long waits, insurance mazes, and specialists who never spoke to each other, the goal was simple: a direct, physician-supervised path to legitimate peptide and GLP-1 therapy without the run-around. Read the longer story on our About page.
Every TelePeptide prescription is issued by a state-licensed clinician — licensed in the patient's state of residence — through an independent, contracted medical group and its affiliated licensed clinicians. Learn more about how care is delivered on our providers page. Compounded medications are dispensed by US-licensed Section 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies. TelePeptide LLC does not itself practice medicine, does not employ the prescribing physicians, and does not manufacture, repackage, ship, or store medications.
Adults (18+) in 48 US states and the District of Columbia (Alaska and Mississippi excluded) who want physician-supervised, compounded peptide or GLP-1 therapy as part of a longer-term care plan. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; whether a compounded preparation is appropriate for any given patient is a clinical decision made by the treating physician.
Every TelePeptide prescription begins with an individualized clinical evaluation by a licensed physician. Whether compounded peptide therapy is clinically appropriate for you is determined by your prescriber based on your medical history, current medications, and lab work where indicated.
